Entertainment
“The Misadventures of Cap'n Arrr!” is an interactive comedy performance that will have kids (and grown-ups) rolling on the floor! Cap'n Arrr's program is packed full of audience participation and includes basic instruction in walking like a pirate, talking like a pirate and laughing like a pirate too!
The master of mime Marcel Marceau took note of Cap’n Arrr’s raw talent and invited him to his school in Paris. Not only did he learn to be a Master of Pantomime & Physical Comedy, but how to feel and interact with each audience member be they young, senior or professional, characterizing the Captain’s gift as an endearing and universal performer.
Cap’n Arrr’s performance is brimming with comedy as he battles with sea creatures, selects his first mate from the audience, and juggles oversized canon balls (giant black balloons filled with water). Navigating his ship and dropping anchor at your fair, his show will steal the hearts of young and old, leaving nothing but smiles.
Zoologist, educator, and author, Scott Petersen, presents 12 live reptiles in a 40-minute show that teaches the importance of all animals in nature. Scott has been featured nationally on Disney's Bill Nye the Science Guy and on PBS' Biz Kids. He has appeared on Northwest Afternoon, Evening Magazine, and NPR Radio. Many corporations such as Microsoft, Boeing and Nintendo have used Scott to educate and entertain.
Audiences across North America love Louie Foxx’s One-Man Side show and you will too! Howie Mandel called Louie’s performance on NBC’s America’s Got Talent “Fantastic” and the International Brotherhood of Magicians said Louie was “Incredible”! In addition to amazing magic and hilarious comedy, Louie is a two-time Guinness World Record Holder and was voted the Best Live Entertainment for Families by the readers of the Parent Map Magazine, two years in a row! This is a show you don’t want to miss!
SAFETY
• No setting up picnics/camps in the Seaport until after 6:30 pm on July 4th.
• No Vendors/Entertainers unless approved by the City of Aberdeen, Parks Dept.
• No Alcohol allowed.
• NO personal Fireworks allowed.
• Keep out of the Fireworks safety zone.
• July 4th the walkway from Lakeside to Morrison Park will be CLOSED.
• NO smoking at SPLASH Festival events/games/entertainment.
• NO trespassing on the bluff above the highway.
• NO stopping or parking along highway 12. The shoulders are closed east and west bound. Vehicles will be impounded.

PARKING
Enter through the main gate at 500 N. Custer Street in Aberdeen. Cars will be directed to the pier. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
